OUR STUDIO
Our company began as a boutique studio with a passion for crafting emotive spaces through the built environment. Drawing on 13 years of experience within residential, hospitality and commercial projects, the essence of our work is found in its timeless restraint and refinement. Thoughtfully balancing these concepts and sensitively creating spaces that heighten the human senses. We integrate architecture, interior design, landscape and CGI visualisation services all in one studio.
METHODOLOGY
Our consideration for the unique qualities of each site and varied Clients’ briefs means that no two projects are the same, and thats what sets us apart. In the digital age, we deliberately pursue a rigor and flexibility in our process by always beginning with hand drawn sketches of the design ideas, a frictionless connection between our creative minds and the emerging design on the page. We test, explore and iterate.

Our studio operates in Perth but has worked on broadening its reach into Asia and Oceania. We work collaboratively with local designers in Asia as demonstrated through our projects outside of Australia.
Ara&Tang acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and recognise their continued connection to the land and waters of the beautiful places on which we live, work and enjoy today. We pay our respect to Elders past and present, for they hold the memories, the traditions, the culture and hopes of Indigenous Australia.
