Viewway Residence Cover Feature on The West New Homes

We extend our gratitude to Meritor Homes, the builders of the Viewway Residence, for securing a feature article in West New Homes magazine, which was showcased on the cover. Our Director and Principal Designer, Carissa Araminta, was interviewed for this piece.
In the interview, Mrs. Araminta discussed various bespoke design features tailored to the client's lifestyle, as well as the necessity for the house layout to accommodate a multi-generational family. She explained the rationale behind the selection of materials, including an inset feature rug from RC+D embedded within the herringbone timber flooring by Woodpecker Flooring, and the use of Grigio Intenso porcelain stone paired with cabinetry featuring Nataio Walnut from Polytec laminates.
This marks the first feature article for Mrs. Araminta, and it has been well received. The home attracted numerous visitors during its first weekend of public viewings, eager to experience the thoughtfully designed spaces.
