Orange Avenue Residence has been given the green light by the council of Stirling after some very minor design adjustments to meet their bulk and scale requirements. With the interior and landscape designs complete, it is currently progressing through to working drawings and looking to begin demolition works at the end of 2024 and construction in early 2025.

The Rendezvous Bar & Grill has completed its tendering process, with the Regal Building Group selected as the preferred builder to construct the Stage 1 and Stage 2 works. Demolition is under way on site with external works to begin towards the end of 2024 and internal fitouts begin early 2025. We are looking forward to sharing some photos on site in 2025!
Camberwell Residence in East Victoria Park is a beautiful contemporary single storey house that is designed around a courtyard with a pool oasis, one of its key features is that it has been designed to the Liveable Housing Australia platinum standards which enables our current day young clients to be able to age in place in their forever home. The house design is currently in the process of obtaining a DTS (deemed-to-satisfy) exemption for a DA which we look forward to sharing more of in 2025.
Kingsway Townhouses in Nedlands is beginning construction on site with the demolition of the existing structure now complete. Earth works, ground floor slabs and the delivery of bricks will be underway next towards the end of 2024. We look forward to sharing updated photos on site in 2025 of the ground floor brick work progress. The client is very excited as they have been able to sell townhouse 3 off the plan to a lucky buyer!
Welwyn Residence in the Manning / Salter Point area is a project that has been in the works for over 3 years, because it is none other than the Architect’s own home for Ara&Tang. After many iterations, countless re-designs of the elevations and speaking to builders to learn about the post-pandemic market conditions – we finally have a design that we can share in 2025 as we have now received the Development Approval of our own residence and future studio nestled within native verdant gardens, inspired by the concept of a home is a retreat.
